Airless paint CIMEX AIRLESS X490 is a professional industrial machine, featuring exceptionally high performance, paintable as smooth and also structured surfaces. It is used for coating different types of dyes (having a viscosity of medium to high) as latex, water-based paints, primers and the like. It is widely used in construction for painting large areas - facades, walls, roofs, and metal structures. Thanks to the airless painting technology, the machine pushes a concentrated amount of dye (without air), thus increasing the covering power of the paint or even eliminating the need for a repeated application to achieve the desired surface coverage characteristic of the painting gun and compressor/brush and roller. The drive of airless painting is carried powerful 2200 W brushless motor. For precise adjustment and maintenance of constant pressure, CIMEX AIRLESS X490 has a standard microprocessor control (Cimex Smartcontrol-X9). The piston pump for high pressure is of a ceramic piston and cylinder, which greatly increases the service life of the machine. The system for regulating the discharge pressure provides a constant flow and smooth paint supply without a ripple.
