The CIMEX VAC30L is a vacuum cleaner specifically designed for use with wall grinders (also called wall giraffes). Designed primarily for use in construction, the vacuum cleaner offers compact dimensions, low weight, high suction power and versatility of application. You can connect various machines up to 2000W to the machine, so that when the machine is switched on, the vacuum cleaner will also start.

This automatic start option offers you considerable convenience when working with hand saws, grinders and other power tools. A characteristic feature of the combination of a grinder with a vacuum cleaner is that in the process of grinding machines form a very fine dust that easily clogs the filters of standard vacuum cleaners. The difference between standard professional vacuum cleaners and the CIMEX VAC30L is the Push & Clean filter cleaning system. Having a vacuum cleaner filter system allows the filter to be purged without the need for disassembly and disassembly. The procedure is quick and easy - plug the vacuum cleaner hose with your palm and press the filter clean button 3-4 times. In this procedure, the vacuum cleaner engine draws in air from the openings on the sides of the housing, forcing it in reverse pressure through the filter, cleaning it from the inside out.

A professional vacuum cleaner is not just power - an important indicator of its quality is the amount of particulate matter in the exhaust air. The purity of the exhaust air of the CIMEX VAC30L is taken care of by a cylindrical HEPA filter with a dust capture ratio of 99.7% and trapping of particles up to 0.3 µm in diameter.

Water and liquids are often required at the construction site, in the workshop or in the home. With its high air flow and suction power, the professional CIMEX vacuum cleaner draws in seconds water, fine construction dust and coarse particles.

Let's take a closer look at the vacuum cleaner and its construction:

 The housing of the vacuum cleaner is made of strong, antistatic ABS plastic. Thanks to this, the weight of the vacuum cleaner is significantly reduced, providing easy portability, strength and of course easy cleaning of the machine. The vacuum cleaner is equipped with four wheels for easy movement and a comfortable grip.

The ignition key is protected from moisture and dust. It has three positions:

1. Start (I)
2. Stop (0)
3. Automatic start / stop in the presence of a vacuum cleaner (II)

Below the ignition key is a contact for plugging power tools into the vacuum cleaner. There are several advantages:

• You do not need to plug in an extension cord or a power strip to power the power tool

• When the power tool is turned on and the vacuum cleaner starter key is set to position (II), the vacuum cleaner will be switched on and off in sync with the machine connected to it.

The Push & Clean filter clean button is located next to the handle and allows you to take full advantage of the power of the vacuum cleaner even in the harshest of operating conditions. Fill the hose with the palm of your hand and press the button 3-4 times in a row for about 4-5 seconds and the filter will be cleaned and the full power of the vacuum cleaner is at your disposal again.

 The dust in the exhaust air is kept to a minimum by passing a cylindrical folded HEPA filter with a dust capture rate of 99.7%. Made of synthetic material, the filter is highly durable and can be easily cleaned when needed.

In wet suction mode, remove the filter when you need to use the water vacuum cleaner. Below the filter is a float which, when filled with water, the vacuum cleaner container shuts off the suction, protecting the engine from water splashes and water.

The engine has a two-stage turbine and self-cooling, ie. the engine of the vacuum cleaner is not cooled by the suction air, but is cooled by the suction of ambient air.

The construction vacuum cleaner container is clamped to the top of the machine by means of clamps. Its volume is 25 liters.
